The Center for Health Policy & Inequalities Research is committed to providing timely, non-partisan advice and assistance to domestic and international decision makers on issues and challenges related to the center’s research priorities.

As our home page states, we work with communities to create positive change through interdisciplinary research.

It is our belief that policy change happens at all levels – individual, community, state, national and global – so when one person or organization changes their practices as a result of our research, we can influence policy around the world.

Professor Donald H. Taylor Jr. has his own health policy blog, FreeForAll, which is an engaging discussion of current  United States health policy and also contributes to The Incidental Economist, a cooperative blog about the US healthcare system that is “contemplating health care with a focus on research, an eye on reform.”
