The Center for Health Policy & Inequalities Research collaborates with over 20 community based organizations, both locally and throughout the world.

In North Carolina, one of the primary focuses of service is with our project the North Carolina Community AIDS Fund (NCCAF).

NCCAF works in two key ways to serve the community:

  • Sending a team of National AIDS Fund AmeriCorps members to work at local Triangle (Raleigh, Durham & Chapel Hill) agencies
  • Grantmaking: providing community grant funds to HIV agencies around North Carolina

CHPIR internships are another key part of our service to communities around the world, and right here in the Triangle.
