Jane (she/her/hers) is a graduate from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Classical Culture, a B.A. in Anthropology, as well as a minor is Japanese Language and Literature. She returned from teaching English in Japan in August 2021, when she started working at CHPIR as the Staff Specialist of the Finance Team and Assistant to Dr. Whetten. Jane graduates with her Master of Public Administration, Nonprofit Concentration, in December 2022. Her life-long passion is educational accessibility, and her mantra is “some people just want to watch the world burn; I just want to watch it learn”. She is excited to support the amazing research work of the PIs and program teams within CHPIR, and the incredible social impact they have on closing social/health inequities.
