Andy (he/him/his) serves as a Research Program Leader focusing on data management, survey management, project coordination, and electronic data collection. He manages the vast inventory of data collected for 12 of CHPIR’s international and US-based studies in preparation for analysis. He also assists in building and testing survey tools for most of these studies, primarily BASIC, SMILE, Clergy Health Panel, and the Gender Medicine Registry. Andy interfaces with investigators, study site staff, programmers, fellow project coordinators, and other users to optimize the efficiency, usability, and data quality associated with their survey tools. His duties as a project coordinator include tracking study progress, managing study team communication, maintaining regulatory requirements and renewals, and working with the finance team on project budgets and payments. Andy also serves as an in-house resource for any international projects that utilize descriptive or analytic GIS mapping methods.
