Heather (she/her/hers) is a research project manager who coordinates all aspects of research projects; Responsible for supervision of project staff; Coordinates project meetings; Responsible for IRB submissions; Monitors fiduciary aspects of project including short term cash fund; Maintains working relationships with all project partners including federal funding agencies (HRSA); Responsible for coordinating and helping write annual grant proposal continuations to ensure continued funding; Assists project partners with agency-related matters including strategic planning, grant writing, and outreach; Assists with project dissemination activities including presenting results and paper writing.
